Fully Self-Contained Van Conversions provide you with
the best of both worlds. The van conversions have
everything a motor home has - refrigerator, toilet,
sink, hot-water heater, furnace, stove top. Most models
also have sit-down tub/showers, microwaves, generators
and roof air-conditioning. These vans sleep between two
to four people, and have a permanent raised roof to
allow for moderate headroom. The vans have great gas
mileage! They are as much a pleasure to drive downtown,
as they are to drive cross-country.

Amenities
Fully Self-Contained Van Conversions usually sleep
2-3 people. Mini cabovers, sofabeds, dinette beds, or
convertible captains chairs provide double beds. Most
vans have a permanent raised roof that provides you with
headroom for Classic 6' 1" or Supreme 6' 4". Van
conversions have most livability amenities that motor
homes have. All van conversions have a sink, stove,
refrigerator, toilet, furnace, hot water heater, water
pump, sewer and water tanks. Some vans may also have a
microwave, shower, and generator.
Miles per gallon
The vans all require regular unleaded gasoline. With
an average load, you can expect m.p.g. to be in the
mid-teens.

Rental Rates:
19' fully self-contained Class B camper van. Supreme
or Classic available in twin bed floorplan sleeps 2,
rides 4. Supreme side sofa floorplan sleeps 3-4 (side
sofa double bed + double pull down bunk). Dodge V-8
chassis, gas engine 12-15 mpg. Check with Rental Manager
as inventory changes periodically.

Specifications
DEPOSIT:
$500.00 reservation deposit is required
at the time of booking, which will be
applied to the damage deposit on the day of
departure. $100.00 forfeiture for
cancellations made 30 days prior to
departure date. Cancellations made less than
30 days prior to departure, forfeit the full
deposit. However, the balance may be applied
to a future rental within one year of
original cancellation. Rental cancellations
must be made in writing. This damage deposit
will be fully refundable within 15 working
days of rental drop-off if the RV is
returned undamaged and there are no
outstanding charges. Deposit does not apply
toward rental fee.
Rent, estimated mileage, estimated sales
tax, insurance (optional), housekeeping kits
(optional) are all payable in addition to
deposit at onset of rental.
MILEAGE POLICY:
$0.22/mile for winter and $0.33/mile for
summer. Winter rate includes 500 free miles
(no free miles for specials). Any mileage
traveled above 500 miles is additional and
will be billed at the respective mileage
rate. Mileage above 2000 miles (not
including 500 free miles) will be charged
$0.40 per mile. This is necessary to ensure
compensation for RV depreciation.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Prior to departure renter must pay for
entire rental, including estimated mileage,
estimated sales tax, insurance (optional),
kits (optional). Charges are payable by
cash, major credit card, cashier's check, or
traveler's check. Personal checks will only
be accepted 14 days prior to departure date.
SANITATION FEE:
If the vehicle is returned clean, there
is a standard sanitation charge. $149.00. This sanitizing
fee is always applicable. Your sanitation
liquid, biodegradable toilet paper,
instructional tour and final dump are
included in this price. If the RV is not
returned in a clean condition then the
renter will be charged a minimum fee of
$174.00 to have the rental dealership
complete the cleaning tasks. Renters are
required to refill propane tanks after use.
INSURANCE:
We offer rental insurance through our
insurance carrier at a rate of $17.00 per
day. Alternately, your insurance agent may
be able to provide an Insurance Binder,
naming Five Corners RV and the RV in
question. This binder must be received by
the rental office prior to your departure.
Please note that insurance does not cover
interior breakage, or malicious damage.

Pick-up and

No After-Hours Drop-off.

Weekend Pick-up: $50 Surcharge per RV
We strive to have your rental vehicle
ready for you at your registered time.
However, the vehicles are mechanically
inspected each rental and any repairs are
completed before the next rental begins.
Therefore, your pick-up time could be a
little later. The rental charge begins when
renter picks up the vehicle. We reserve the
right to substitute a rental with a vehicle
of comparable size and value.
Kitchen Kits:
One kit supplies the entire R.V. These
are $50 up to five people per trip. The kit
includes utensils, cookware, silverware,
dishes, etc.
Bedding Kits:
These are available for $50 up to five
people per trip. They include bedding and
towels for each person.

Generators:
Generator usage is $4 per KV-hour extra.
Equipment:
All vehicles equipped with Power Steering
& Brakes, Automatic Transmission, Cruise
Control, AM/FM with Tape Player, and in-dash
Air Conditioning.
Gas:
Gas not included in rate. Most motor
homes will get 7-11 MPG. Most vans will get
12-16 MPG.
No Pets.
All Units are Non-Smoking.
NO ALASKA OR MEXICO RENTALS ALLOWED.
Age Restrictions:
All renters and drivers must be at least
25 years of age. Drivers must have a valid
driver’s license, and credit card. Credit
card is for verification only. Payment may
be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash,
check, money order, or travelers check.
Personal checks accepted 14 days prior to
departure.

TV/VCR, Rack, BBQ, Lawn Chairs, and more.
